PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

 Organizer:

 Unifex Fair Organization Ltd. will here by be mentioned as the organizer in this contract.

 Participent:

 It explains legal and private individual who wants to participate in the fair.

 In this present contract the enterprise that will participate in the fair will be mentioned as “participant” wheras Unifex Fair Organization as “organizer”.

 The Services Provided by Organizer: 

• The establishment of the stands with aluminium construction system when hiring with stands occur.
• Consultancy Services.
• Security Services.
• General Clean-un Services.
• The organization  of operating ceremony.
• Special Entertainments and Animations.
• The preparation of press release and announcement in T.Vs and radios.
• The preparation of fair catalogue.
• The hanging of pancartes and posters in big residential areas for the notification of the fair.
• Electric Current for each stand.

 

Deciding Not to Participate in Fair:

When the participant decides not to participate in fair, organizer dosen’t give participation fee back. In addition, the participant is obliged to pay the fee of the stand.

 

Matters Abided by The Participants:

• The participant cannot transfer, partially or completely the open and closed space allocated to him to anyone else with out having consent of the organizer.
• The participant must finish the settlement and decoration affairs one day before the opening of the fair until 24:00.
• The participant must charge at least one person for doing clean-up of the stand one hour before the visiting starts then informing the visitors as from the opening time of the fair.
• The participat cannot go beyond the sapce allocated to him.
• The participant canot distrub neighbouring stands while presenting any product by using music or video. He has to obey the warnings of the organizer related to that isue.
• The participant must epmty the exhibition space in one work day following the close date of the fair. If the participant doesn’t take his commodities in the mentioned time period end they come to harm, the organizer cannot be blamed for the damage.
• The participant cannot leave the exhibition place before the fair ends and without taking the consent of the organizer. The outgoing goods will start in the day as from 09:00 in the morning fllowing the and of the fair.

 

Damages:

The participant delivers the stand, accessory, material etc. back as the organizer sumbits them to him at the beginning. Any damage or brakdown caused by the participant  and/or representative will be paid by the participant.

General Security:

Organizer takes the general security measures of the exhibitions place during the fair.

Lighting:

In the exhibition place, the general lighting and the lighting of each stand is done by the organizer. The special lightings at the open exhibition places are done by the participant under the control of organizer’s techical staff members. The participant must state his total electricity need before the opening of the fair.

The Acceptance of The Contract and Disagreement:

The participant, who sing fair participation contract, accepts all the matters written in it beforehand. Organizer can put additional articles into the contract for the special conditions that are not mentioned in it.

Advertisement and Publicity Activities:

If participants want to organize coctail, consert, demostration, seminar etc. they have to specify date, place and time and receive approval of the organizer. Unfair competitin isn’t permitted. The approval of the organizer must be taken before having any publicity and advertisement activities.

 

This fair participation contract is prepared as two copies and initialized mutual by the parties.
